Custom grain load scale office and technical installation pod
Both modules come with a green lacquered frame (as per the customer’s request), with the exterior detail finishing constructed with Siberian larch wood – thus matching the new grain storage buildings. The load scale office – the larger module – has PVC windows on all sides and is equipped with a toilet and bath, as well as the main office including kitchenette. Furthermore there is a separate toilet with outside access for drivers.
All walls and floors are insulated with 150 mm mineral wool, with the ceiling being extra insulated using 200 mm. Inside, the walls are made of white steel panels and the floor is covered in grey, easy-to-clean vinyl. The office module electrical connection is in the form of 32A CEE plug, and is naturally also equipped with LED lighting. Ample heating is supplied via electric radiators.
Kitchen and bathroom facilities come with ¾” water mains connection – with a 110 mm drain. The module comes with an electric water heater holding 30 litres , two sinks with mixer, two porcelain toilets along with a hand shower and mixer.
The technical installation pod – the smaller module – is insulated with 100 mm thick mineral wool. Here, the customer has handled the actual outfitting of the module itself – containing all the scale and weighing electronics, which are then controlled from the office module.
